Our design team would meet with clients to discuss more on the scope of the project. Want and other possibilities, identify and find cost effective solution to design and its implementation.
Setting Out And Design
Upon the award of the contract, our design team and in-house architects collaborate and visit the site to obtain accurate measurements and dimensions, observe obstructions and other factors requiring consideration.
Once detailed information has been complied and agreed, we set up a project team comprising of necessary professionals who are 'tried true'. Meetings are held by this team to discuss, agree and plan procedure and production to delivery stage.
Procurement
This department, at the pre contract meeting makes a budget for precise identifying of material, which are critical and have long delivery period, these items would be ordered to accelerate production. And any materials not available will be brought to the clients’ attention for possible alternative.
Workshop Production
Production and fabrication will be off site with our detailed measurement and drawings, by so doing the items are manufactured to quality and clients’ specification.
Site Works And Installation
Site activities will be carried out in accordance to pre agreed specifications. We coordinate our installation with other contractors in accordance with site safety procedures and requirements.
Our project manager would attend all preset meetings and provide regular report of progress to the management in order to keep track of the agreed specifications.
Quality Assurance
Our company maintains a quality assurance programme that is strictly complied to. We protect all finished areas prior to delivery, and after installation and inspection on site, our operatives would carefully remove all protection before hand over. .
Terms of Service
For effective and timely execution of our work, we usually require an advance payment before project commencement and the balance on completion and delivery. Our charges, however, are negotiable depending on the expected finishing time of the project.
